Hey everyone, my name is Joaquin Ramirez, and I am the graduate student specialist for TRIO STEM-H. I am currently doing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I have an interest in research for Positive Psychology, with regards to VIA character strengths and the effects on mindfulness. My goal post graduation is to be a LPC with a private practice. Hopefully I will pursue a PhD in Counseling Psychology. I’m excited and looking forward to working with all of you. I’m hoping to mentor a few psych students as well!
